    I went inside for this visit, and I am still just as impressed.
    This location is really close to my place of employment, so I come here frequently on my lunch break. This Taco Time is HUGE. This is the biggest location that I have ever been in. I ordered my usual veggie burrito and got some sauce from the salsa bar. I'm not a huge fan of spice, but I can handle Taco Time's sauce. Not this locations.
    I dipped my burrito in the sauce and took a bite. A baby began screaming, and for a few seconds there I thought it was me screaming. My nose ran, that is how hot their sauce was. Good god it hurts just thinking about it.

    The whole time I was eating my burrito (and holding back tears) the workers were cleaning everything. This leads me to believe that this is a clean location. Also, everyone there is super friendly.

    Okay first, I ordered the Mother of All Burritos. They had a sale for $3.99. The young man at the counter asked if I wanted chicken, beef, or pork. I replied pork. I then asked for ketchup instead of hot sauce and he said no problem. I also ordered a medium drink. Paid the tab and waited for my order. Order came and as I'm enjoying a really great burrito I realize that I have been over charged by $1.00. So after eating I ask about it. The young man that waited on me also happens to be the Manager. He explains that the pork and chicken are $4.99. I ask where is states that on any of the advertising. To be fair, it does say that for the chicken. But nowhere for the pork and he did not tell me up front. Now, I'm not worried about the $1.00. When I asked him how a customer was supposed to know this his response was "they just are"! When questioned further, his response was "I'm done" and he walked away and hid in the back.
    Again, the burrito was really good! The others in the store were great. I will have another one - just not at that store. Giving three stars for the other people and burrito.

    I have given "taco time/ big rods" some more chances to fix the grill burger problem. I still continue to be disappointed in them shutting down the grill early. As I look at their reviews they are at 2 1/2 out of 5. I would be looking at making changes, but I guess they don't care. Please relook at your grill shut down time and understand your customers. I would like to hear back about a change in your grill shut down time.

    Grill is off literally every single time we've come here... the past 5 times. The last time we came here they said, "sorry, we aren't taking orders right now because we are too busy." Shook.

    I have eaten there a few times now but I got food poisoning last week. I think it was from the ranch dressing because everything else was deep fried. Not sure if I'll ever eat there again.
